He had a minor setback, which I will let him explain if he wants. It just took him longer to get to a phone. But after I got through crying and wiping tears of joy, I told him we were all concerned about him. He said It might take him a few more days to get back here. The Mitral Valve operation was a great success, but I fell down getting up in the night with cords I had around my body & fell fracturing two small bones in my pelvis, so, instead of about 8 days I spent 29 days in the hospital Believe it or not the pain from that fracture was 100 times worse than the heart valve Could not walk with my left leg. I use a walker now, but will be off that in days. A heart-felt thanks to all of you. jonwil |
